Happy Monday Happy Mom!
This new week came too fast! Do you ever wish you could just stay in bed and sleep all day? That's kind of the morning I've had. I think it's because my weekend was so busy. Fun, but busy! I attended one funeral, two baptisms, and one baby shower. Plus my daughter's girl scout troop did a three-hour long cookie booth.
On another note, how did you do with your three big goals this past week? As for me, I did well on two out of three. I think I really need an accountability buddy for my health goals. I probably had the worst week ever concerning food. I did not stick to my menu, emergencies arose, and it was fast food to the rescue three nights and a poor choice at a restaurant once. The mistake was not going grocery shopping. Today I'm stocking up at Costco on fruits and veggies, eggs (for boiled egg snacks), as well as all the ingredients for my dinner menu. I'd like to challenge you to pick three goals from your Goal Poster to focus on this week. I am going to spend time with my children, avoid yelling, and remember to say my affirmations out loud every morning. I'm going to get a jump on Spring Break and make a list of activities to do, de-clutter, and pack the beach bag.
If you missed my announcement last week during my Live Coffee Chat, here it is: You are invited to a free Color Code Workshop on Friday, April 13, 2018, at 6:00 pm at 622 N Judd Street Honolulu, HI 96817. This workshop is open to all Happy Moms' subscribers. Come and learn what your personality type is as well as your spouse and children's personality types. Knowing this will help you raise your children in the best way for all involved.
I hope you all have the best week ever. If you need Spring Break suggestions, email me at mahele@happymomhappyfamily.com or head over to my Facebook page. Also, join me for my LIVE Coffee Chat this Friday at 11:30 am so we can talk about the best Spring Break family activities, destinations, and tips for taking care of ourselves. Do we need to give our children our undivided attention during Spring Break? Does anyone take time off work during school vacations? How can we blend self-care with time spent with the children? Put priority on yourself. Make time! Get Happy! You are worth it!!!

What's happening in my home?
It's the last week of school before Spring Break. The kids are finishing up projects and any work to be turned in for credit. My mother-in-law arrives Thursday night so we're all excited about that. I think Kiera grew another inch. My son starts Driver's Ed this weekend. And of course, we are all anxious for Kamehameha Song Contest.
